Cecelia's passion for law was ignited at a young age, as she shadowed her father, a dedicated immigration lawyer. Inspired by his career, she pursued her dream of becoming an attorney, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During her time there, she was an active member of the Moot Court team, honing her skills in oral advocacy and legal research. Prior to law school, Cecelia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Political Science from San Diego State University, embracing her Southern California roots.
