DOCUMENT DRAFTING
(GHOSTWRITING)

The great thing about California is that individuals do not need to disclose having an attorney who is drafting all their legal documents for them. Hence the name: ghost writing.

If you are a self-represented litigant, you can have an attorney do all the behind-the-scenes work for you, so you have some peace of mind knowing you are submitting quality documents with the court with information presented in a way the court finds pleasing.

The firm's founder and lead attorney Deveney Wells-Gibson clerked for the judges in the family law division and she has learned what the judges do and do NOT want to see when it comes to document drafting.
