Deveney Wells-Gibson founded Wells-Gibson Family Law, so she could focus on serving outcome-oriented individuals with their family law issues. Deveney founded her firm focusing on the principles of honesty, loyalty, integrity, and downright hard work. Wells-Gibson Family Law also strives to give back to the community and is committed to having one probono and one low-cost case at a time.

Deveney handles 100% of the mediation cases or collaborative cases with couples who are focused on handling all of their issues outside of court.

Deveney graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. Prior to opening her own firm, Deveney has gained experience in family law by working at one of the largest firms in San Diego and by clerking for the family law judges at the Central Courthouse. Deveney also volunteers her time with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer's Program and the Community Law Project.

Outside of the legal profession, Deveney enjoys exercising & physical activities. She always enjoys competition and has competed in Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, and she played D1 Volleyball in college. Deveney likes connecting with people within the community, enjoys trying new foods and new restaurants, and has goals to travel the world. Lastly, Deveney enjoys spending her time with her 8 year old black lab named Porsha.
