Ms. Gaziev is a fabulous trial attorney with extensive experience in handling family law cases. Ms. Gaziev is the attorney who handles the majority of our cases that need court intervention.

Maya uses her experience and knowledge to provide her clients with the best representation of their cases and utilizes and exhausts all legal avenues when it comes to representing her clients and their best interests. Maya’s primary goal is to help her clients and to obtain successful results.

 

Before attending law school, Maya started her career as a paralegal and obtained an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Cuyamaca College in San Diego, California. Maya then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the Moscow Specialized School of Law in Moscow, Russia. After obtaining her law degree, Maya obtained her Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.  After passing the California Bar exam, Maya focused her practice on personal injury and employment law.  Currently, Maya is focusing her practice on family law, where she has been practicing for several years.

 

When Maya is not working, she loves spending her time with her family and friends.
