As an undergraduate, Daniel Brooker attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison where he double majored in Biology and Political Science. He then went to law school at the University of San Diego School of Law. During this time he studied abroad for a summer semester in London and also spent two years volunteering in a Guardianship Clinic to help appoint guardians for children whose parents were absent, in prison, or otherwise unfit to raise them.

 

Before practicing in Family Law, Mr. Brooker worked as a Patent Attorney and a Criminal Attorney, but he found that he enjoyed Family Law the most because of the frequent interaction with clients and the ability to make a real difference in peoples' lives.

 

When he is not working, Mr. Brooker enjoys playing ice hockey and tennis. He plays in a weekly adult ice hockey league and coaches a mini-mite hockey team at the UTC Ice Arena. Mr. Brooker also enjoys hiking and adventuring with his wife and their two rescue dogs.
